From invoice to Excel, with the data your books need
We read the invoice header (date, number, vendor and tax ID) and every line, and put them in separate columns: net amount, tax by rate and total.
Then we check that the line items add up to the total and that the tax matches. If something is off, you see it flagged before you use the data.

FAQ
Does it work with receipts from my country?
Yes. It reads receipts and invoices from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Latin America and more, in any language, keeping the tax ID, taxes and currency as printed.
Can I convert several invoices at once?
Right now we process one invoice at a time, each in its own Excel file. Batch upload is coming.
What if a value comes out wrong?
The spreadsheet has a checks sheet and anything doubtful is highlighted in yellow. You see everything we read before downloading.
What happens to my data?
Your file is processed on the spot and we don't store it. It's read by an AI service and discarded.
How much does it cost?
It's free during our beta: just leave your email to download the Excel. Later it will be US$ 1 per document, with no subscription.
